Supernatural Season 3 on BD - Digital copy??

I bought the 3rd season set on BD, but I didn't receive a code for the digital copy. The digital copy was supposed to make up for the price of the set and the shortened season. I bought it in Canada, but I would expect that wouldn't matter.

Anyone else didn't get their digital copy code?

Over in the HD threads, someone had the same problem.

I've got a copy coming from Deep Discount DVD but it's backordered.

Yeah....that was me. I never got the code either (also bought in Canada). Unfortunately, nobody answered my question about how to get in touch with Warner on the matter. Any suggestions would be great.

There is the possibility that Canadians are not eligible for the digital copy as there was no sticker on the package regarding any digital downloads. No matter, I would like to try anyway.

Well if Canadians are not eligible for the digital copy, then we're getting ripped off.

I sent a msg to warner via www.wbdigitalcopy.com last night. I just used ??? for the authentication code on the form.

Looks like you Canadians are out of luck. On the sticker on the shrinkwrap of the copy I got yesterday from Amazon (US), included in the fine print is the phrase "must reside in the U.S."

Based on that phrasing I would think even if you bought an American copy of the set, you wouldn't be able to download the digital copy with a Candian IP address.
Does anyone even click on these "My Collection" links?
