I can't find the Onkyo ht-320 anywhere but it's probably a receiver that came with a receiver/speaker package. These are usually adequate for a small room or starter system. Sure you have the correct model number?
By speaker setup and hz I'll assume you mean an equilizer of some sort. Of course the default setting would be zero, as for any adjustments to it, that would be impossible to say. If it's not an automatic setup like Audyssey then trial and error is the only way, unless you have a bunch of room analyzing equipment. Please double-check that model number though.

The Hz settings are probably the crossovers for the various channels. If so, there is no default. It's unfortunately not that simple.
