Hello...Great Forum !
Lots of detailed info here.
Im thinking of purchasing a Yamaha RX-V663.
Its non refundable so Im trying to avoid buyers remorse if I can.
Any thoughts, opinions or experiences related to this receiver would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: Experience ?

I don't have any first hand experience with the 663, but from what I can tell it has a ton of features for the money. The only big issue with it is that you can only use one crossover setting for all speakers set to "Small".

Also, Some Yamaha's tend to be a little less powerful than advertised. This shouldn't be a problem unless you have low effieciency speakers or have a very, very large room. Other than that, Yamaha's seem to satisfy their owners.

Oh, and one more thing. If you decide to buy from an un-authorized dealer Yamaha may not honor the warranty.
