Wait, I'm confused...Warner drops TrueHD on some releases, people complain...

Warner adds TrueHD to a release...people complain...

Not defending the title in particular (never saw it), just saying...

I guess you didn't take my hint of sarcasm.

(You will never find me complaining about a release having TrueHD.)

Okay, it's official. We need a 'sarcasm' smiley. Anyone want to design one?

In all honesty, I thought it a was remark along the lines of "They gave THIS title a TrueHD track?".

Actually, I think to most of us, the sarcasm was quite apparent. Now if it had been any studio other than Warner, it might have been a different story.

That remark too would not be out of place for Warner. Considering that they have released catalog titles such as 'Phantom Of The Opera' and new titles such as 'Speed Racer' with lossy Dolby tracks, thus, a title such as this one getting the full HD audio treatment, does seem out of place. But please don't get me wrong, I would never be the one to complaint about a full HD audio track on any title. As a matter of fact, I'd think that a HD format such as Blu-Ray would by default always have HD audio along with HD video.
