SONY RECEIVER STARTED TO BUZZ...

I just picked up a SONY STR DE997 (7.1 home receiver) from a pawn shop. ( $150), Worked good at the store, and at home for 4 days, now when I turn it on I get a buzzing sound that seems to be coming from the board where the power sord comes in, (power supply). Does anyone have any ideas? thanks

I had a Sony ES receiver and peamped it out with Rotel power and got an irritating buzz. I tried replacing the cables with high quality cables. I reconnected everything to make sure a ac line was causing the problem.I finally went to another high end store( the one I purchased it from was further away)They were very critical of Sony ES receivers. They the Sony audio products were not well made.(even the elevated standard line)I purchased a Pioneer Elite and the problem disappeared.
