As a fan of the old school series, I was dreading this flick - but then I got a chance to see it for free, so I went anyway. While not the best movie I've seen, I was surprised on how faithful the movie was the original series. And as an added bonus, it was actually, legitimately funny in places. I can't remember the last time I honestly laughed at a movie.

Hell, I might actually look foward to this. . . .

I dunno ... I didn't feel like Get Smart the film really captured the spy aspects of the TV series too well. I like Carrell and Hathaway but I really didn't get that they had great chemistry.

The first one was a modest hit, I think the second one will have to be a lot better if they want to retain their audience.

Being a fan of the TV show I enjoyed the film and I look forward to a sequel, glad to see one in the works.

As a huge fan of the old show, I liked the movie. I thought the script was a bit weak, but the actors did a great job capturing the spirit of the show. If they get a stronger script for the next movie, and keep most of the cast, it will be another hit for Warner.


I don't have time enough to watch all these DVDs!
