Looking at a Costco Toshiba 32 LCD...

I've only found one review (of a customer) online for this model: Costco - Toshiba 32" LCD HDTV

The specific model number isn't listed on the site but I assume it's "32A500U" because that's all that came up when I searched "Cinespeed Toshiba 32 LCD". I'm a bit wary to say the least if this model hasn't been widely recognized. I was hoping to find someone on here with some experience with this panel or maybe an overall feel for how Toshiba panels perform in fast scenes.

I know this is only a 60 hz panel but the "Cinespeed" portion made me hopeful, thinking this unit performs better than other 60 hz displays. I'm looking for little to no ghosting/blurring/judder on a panel. I'm tearing my hair out right now with a Samsung LN32A330 that has very noticeable judder problems. I just want to find an LCD panel that can handle judder/blurring for gaming (especially first person shooters) well that is no more than $700 if possible. I understand that you typically need to go higher in price if you want an LCD with minimal to no blur/judder, but I'm hoping I'll find the one I'll be happy with once and for all. Me needs some expert advice.

Now I'm considering a Panasonic 32LX700 for its 120 hz refresh rate. I keep reading that the Panny's are the best for cutting down on blur/judder.
