It's certaintly in the running...wow!
I sat on the edge of my seat mouth agaped at the thought that Sheldon was about to score with Leonard's mom lol! My logic told me
"no, John, they're talking about something else" but the part of my brain that knew what an Earth shattering moment that would have been couldn't help but go there.

The whole neck licking/kissing thing drove me up a wall.

Last night's episode was gold. I think it was the best episode yet.

I kept rewinding to watch Raj singing the Red hot Chili Peppers! That was a riot!
Great episode! All of it!
When we first see Leonards mom, my first reaction was OMG she is just like Sheldon. everytime she said " I have to urinate" I lost it. This epsiode had some great lines. The whole Jar jar binks dialogue was funny. Howard was especially good at the voice.

Pop a couple of Tylenol about 30 minutes prior.

Re: Big Bang Theory - season 2
I just had a look at the ratings for this week. BBT got a 8.1/12. I think that has to be this shows best ratings ever. I wonder if that is just because of the temporary time change, or is it really getting more regular viewers?

In the "that was kinda cool" department:
In last night's episode, a Flash comic book was held up by Sheldon after coming back from the comic book store, and I happen to see the artist (Brian Stelfreeze) of the cover on a weekly basis at the Gaijin studio's figure drawing class on Tuesdays.

That is really good news. Big Bang is my favorite show right now and I would love to not have to worry about it going away any time soon.

Re: Big Bang Theory - season 2
A very weak episode; I had come to think it wasn't possible.
I just couldn't buy Sheldon being a train buff, spouting all that railroad history.
I've never seen the new Terminator series, but I can only hope this Summer Glau person is a better actress than this episode allowed her to be. The few lines she had were barely one or two words. It seemed she was there solely for our nerds to play off of.
On the up side, I did enjoy Penny opening Sheldon's box. "You'll hear a small click." *stomp* "There it is."

Re: Big Bang Theory - season 2
Mondays episode was back to good form. I really liked seeing Sheldon and Penny hanging out. Those two singing work songs and glueing "Penny Blossoms" were a riot!
Did anyone notice anything odd about the boys apartment? It seemed off to me, but I could not quite figure it out. Like something was moved or maybe the kitchen was different. I watched it a few times, but I just can't put my finger on it.
