Dancing with the Stars - Season 7

Re: Dancing with the Stars - Season 7

Lance Bass / Lacey Schwimmer -- Nice comeback dance this week. They looked great together but the key part is Lance looked great. Lacey listened and they'll stay in it.

Brooke Burke / Derek Hough -- Her injury affected the performance. She's a knockout but this dance was not good. Derek tried his best but it's about her. She needs to heal up.

Maurice Greene / Cheryl Burke -- Another great job. He has improved the most out of the stars that are left.

Cloris Leachman / Corky Ballas -- 80 years old or not, she is not near the others in terms of learning and performing the dances. She might make some people laugh but there are other shows for that.

Cody Linley / Julianne Hough -- Nice work from them this week. Cody still just hits the steps. He doesn't have the musicality. There were moments of greatness but I think Julianne packs in so much that Cody forgets to enjoy it and just dance (which is different than hitting the steps). Julianne is hot even with endometriosis.

Susan Lucci / Tony Dovolani -- She's trying so hard but the well is dry. Tony was more forceful this week, though.

Warren Sapp / Kym Johnson -- Good but not great.

It's Cloris tonight. The judges are pushing for it. I have been for weeks. Susan could go, too.

Please, no more hip hop group routines...

Agreed +1.

My god, that was a horrific trainwreck of a routine. Susan Lucci looked lost the entire time. I laughed when they stuck Cloris Leachman way off in the back where she couldn't hurt herself.

I didn't see the hip-hop routine, till they re-did it tonight on the results show. So hopefully, that was the last time!

Cloris Leechman finally got the boot, eh? I wonder what made people think she couldn't dance anymore?

LOL--Carrie Ann definitely was pushing for it, given her comments to Cloris on this past Monday's show...although IMHO I think she was out of line for speaking her mind during the show (as opposed to speaking her mind off-camera and/or outside the show); her primary role on the show is to judge the performances, not to offer commentary on how the wrong person got voted off.

Anyways...woohoo--we get Edyta next week!

Agreed.

And I'm glad Edyta is Kody's interim partner. Great body, great dancer -- one of the hottest woman on TV right now.

One man's horseface is another man's slavic love goddess.

Perhaps--i.e., no argument from me that Julianne looks hotter overall--but in the "hot bod" department IMHO Edyta has the (slight) advantage.

That, and the fact no other female pro dancer on the show reveals more skin on a consistent basis than Edyta does; if one had to guess as to which female pro would have the greatest probability of having a wardrobe malfunction...Edyta would be the best bet, bar none.

Nah, Edyta's a little too bony.

I agree that on average she shows the most skin, though. I wonder who does the wardrobe. . .

Lance Bass / Lacey Schwimmer -- Great performance although I thought I was watching "So You Think You Can Dance" for a minute.

Brooke Burke / Derek Hough -- Awesome. She's gonna win. Her lines, her musicality, Derek's choreography -- stellar combination. She looked gorgeous, too.

Maurice Greene / Cheryl Burke -- Nice work.

Cody Linley / Edyta Sliwinska -- For me, Cody danced his best so far. I liked their routine and I thought they were underscored. Edyta is not bony. She's got it where it counts and she is "bendy." Great teeth, too. Love her.

Susan Lucci / Tony Dovolani -- She looks lost all the time.

Warren Sapp / Kym Johnson -- Better than last week.

The group dances were okay. The judges got it right. Big props to Derek and Brooke.

Toss-up: Susan/Maurice

Re: Dancing with the Stars - Season 7

If Brooke doesn't win, I'm calling shenanigans in the voting process.

I've got a soft spot for "Grease", so Brooke/Derek's free style was a joy to watch.

Never go with hip-hop in the free style, it's virtually impossible to score 10s with that style.

Warren did well, just didn't quite execute the routine 100%.

Re: Dancing with the Stars - Season 7

Yeah, I think the result (assuming the viewer vote isn't completely wacky) will be Brooke 1st, Lance 2nd, and Warren 3rd.

Re: Dancing with the Stars - Season 7

You were close! Brooke 1st, Warren 2nd (he is the People's Champ, I guess) and Lance 3rd. Glad Brooke won and happy that a woman won it for the second season in a row!

So...when's season 8????!!!!
