Batman Begins - Limited Edition Gift Set

This was released in standard and BD versions. I own the 2-disc BB edition from late 2005; other than some of the swag, are there any new extras or new content in this release? (I did a couple of searches, but didn't find any threads on this release.)

The DVDs themselves are identical. The SD just adds "swag" and a preview of Dark Knight that's now pretty useless since it ain't previewing anything anymore!
