I'm upgrading to HDMI and a flatscreen and need a receiver that does HDMI upconversion, which is why I'm selling this one. It's in great condition and includes the remote and the owner's manual. The volume knob on the receiver is a little wonky (it only turns the sound up), but you'll be using the remote anyway, so it shouldn't matter.
