Hi guys
I am getting ready to pull the trigger on this TV. I am looking for a 42" 1080p HDTV and this one is also 120Hz. I got sold by the fact that it can take 1080p24 and do 24 X 5 instead of 24 to 60 then 60 X 2.
Is there a TV I should be considering instead?
I like the Toshiba track record, I like the picture of my current 32" from Toshiba, I like the price and my needs are:
HD cable TV about 70%
SD and HD DVD about 25%
Wii 5%
Is it overkill for my needs? I know the 120Hz will mostly help video gaming and the 1080p24 will benefit HD DVD and Blu Ray of which I'll watch only a few times on this TV. But I love knowing that when I will hook up my PS3 on it or the HD X2 that I will be getting the best PQ possible.
Is there a really good model out there I should be checking out?
