Re: CD Duplication is in my mind....
The problem with replication companies is that they tend to put their company info all over the disc label. Whereas if you made them yourself at home, ideally on a nice white inkjet-printable CD-R, they'd be nice and clean. Granted, each CD-R would take 3 or 4 minutes, so it would be a long day, but, it is doable. If you had an Epson printer you could even print your own info on the inkjet-printable surface... maybe next year?
I get my printable CD-Rs from Rima:
Rima.com: Taiyo Yuden CD-R 80, 52X, White Inkjet (Hub Printable), 100-Pack
And this is the current CD-printable Epson printer (crap quality construction, but, what can you do) -- Epson Stylus Photo R280:
Amazon.com: Epson Stylus Photo R280 Photo Printer: Electronics
This is different than printing on labels. Labels jam up people's machines so are frowned upon.
Anyway, one GOOD reason to use a replication place is that they probably offer those little business-card shaped CD-Rs, which granted don't fit into slot-loading machines (like Macs) but are kind of neat. If you data is brief, it might fit onto one of those.
Have you considered just putting the file online, and printing up business cards with the url? Like,
