My Samsung hcn5527w projectiontv colors all weird ???

I was watching tv yesterday and all of a sudden the convergence colors seperated, and there are arch lines at the sides of tv. I've had this tv for like 10 months with no problems at all and this just happened, i was playing around with the convergence settings like mentioned in other threads, I pushed MUTE 183 and got the graph on the tv and was playing around with the #'s and looks, but cannot get all 3 colors to overlap one another, do this sound like a job for the repairman or can I buy a part to fix this ?, the colors seem to work fine, just not coming together or something. Any help please??

Sounds like convergence board failure. Typical failure for most CRT rptvs.

Unless you are into fixing TVs and identifying components to repair and replace ... this is best handled by repairmen.

Expect a repair visit to cost in the $300-$400 range ... assuming parts are still available for this TV.
