The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly CE - Cropped?

Screencaps at DVDBeaver show significant cropping of the GBU CE at the top, so much in fact that it appears to ruin some of the compositions. Has anyone else noticed this problem? I haven't seen any mention of it in any other reviews.
