HTF BLU-RAY REVIEW: Batman Begins

Re: HTF BLU-RAY REVIEW: Batman Begins

I finally watched this tonight and thought it looked pretty good in terms of color production, contrast, shadows, etc. However, there is a smooth, grain-free look to much of the image where as it doesn't have much in the way fine detail. I can't help but think DNR was applied at some point.

Re: HTF BLU-RAY REVIEW: Batman Begins

That 6 min. is some of the best Blu-Ray content I've seen yet in terms of PQ/AQ. Not to mention the prologue itself is just AWESOME!!! Can't wait for the full flick this weekend.

Yes, that first 6 min was great. I'll be seeing it at IMAX at 1 p.m. Friday.
