Given that only the most recent season was even released in an HD format at all, I'm betting it will indeed be very very far behind.

If the standard DVD box set is going to have an MSRP of $399.99 I'm absolutely frightened at what they would charge for the set on Blu-Ray.

I don't have time to go double-check this right now (and if I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will gleefully point it out to me), but I think the only studio which has done so is Lionsgate (first Weeds, now Mad Men). And those are items that roughly fall into the $30 price range, not like this huge mo'fo'!!
