Toshiba has released Firmware V3.0 for the HD-XA2. The company's supporting documentation does not make clear exactly what has been updated, but testing reveals that the 1080p24 jaggie problem introduced with Firmware V2.8 has not been corrected. Once again, owners are advised to stay with V2.7. [This likewise applies to the HD-A35 model, which has its own V3.0 firmware available simultaneously.]"
