Building my theater what do you think

I am building my house and I work for a major audio/video company. I recently was offered this deal and I took it to start selling niles products. My house won't be finished for about a year and I have'nt bought the proj or screen yet but here is my equip....
Yam RXV 1800
Niles IW2770LCR for left right and center (3)
Niles IW770FX for rears (4) rears
Niles PRO15SW sub
Paradigm PS 1000 sub (sealed)

Still trying to figure out which 1080p projector is the best for cheap and screen. I install them all the time but each time it's the same one so I don't get alot of variety...

Optoma HD81-LV if you can fit it in your room or:
JVC DLA-RS2 Home Theater Projector if you don't want a light cannon or can't fit the Optoma.

What do you think about the sony VPL-VW40? That is the sxrd I have heard that is the best as far as 3 chip or single chip. The VW200 is really what I want but out of my price range. Also I am going to do fixed mount screen I'm thinking 120". What is your pref on screens?
