I've actually considered getting this thing since it does everything out there format wise. So what went wrong if any, on ur side?

Nothing went wrong. It's a great receiver. I just got the upgrade bug and am getting new speakers and a new receiver.

If the offer is still good, I'll take it (for the asking price of $319 shipped). Let me know.

BTW, do you know if the warranty is transferrable? If it's transferrable, can you also provide the original receipt in the sale? It's no big deal, if it's not transferrable, but just thought I'd ask anyway.
