Thought I would post something interesting here for those of
you who take the time to read this area for EMA updates.

We are working on hopefully securing BEN STEIN to talk with
our group at EMA.

No promises this will happen, but he is in town promoting his
new movie and it sounds as if he might be available to stop by.

Absolutely sign me up. Regardless of where he stands politically I think it would be a hoot to talk to him. Actually, his son used to play on my Everquest server and wound up kinda flaking out, would be interesting to hear whatever happened to that guy =)

The latest update I received this morning is that it is looking
quite good for Ben Stein, however, Pauly Shore
has not been returning calls so it is looking less likely we will
have him us.

Damn, that's a real shame, I was hoping to really hear him out on his side of this controversy. I have not seen Expelled yet but there is a lot of backlash from the scientific community, armed with a lot of well reasoned responses and I thought it would be interesting to see how Ben responds to the criticisms:
