Re: 10" high excursuin sub??

This would be better in the DIY and Projects section.

What's your budget? What type of box, ported or sealed? What amp?

Here is a list of options:
Creative Sound SDX-10 - link
Fi Car Audio Q series - link
Fi Car Audio SSQ series - link
Aurasound - link
Haxo LXU10 - link
Elemental Designs 11Ov.2 - link
Elemental Designs 11Kv.2 - link
Resonant Engineering has 10's in the SX series and down - link

There are dozens of other options but those are just off of the top of my head. You want "high output" though. Everyone has a different opinion of what high output is. A 10" sub will not meet my definition of high output. Stating your goals in actual numbers is much better. Something like, "I want a sub that will reach 20 hz at -3db with peaks of 105db". Those are hard numbers and through simulations we can work on reaching those numbers. From a 10" though, it will be difficult. And if you have chosen a 10" because of space constaints, then you need to read up on Hoffman's Iron Law.

Re: 10" high excursuin sub??

You are lucky to find a 10" sub with an Fs in the 20hz range. Very few get that low. You can tune it lower than Fs in a ported box as long as you use a subsonic filter to block material below Fb.
