Need Web Page Programming Help

I currently have a weather web site. I am trying to embed another web page into the first one. I do not know much about HTML programming. How would the code be written to do this? I would like it to replace this with the second web page.

Your best option to embed one webpage in another (without using any actual programming) is to use an IFRAME tag.
