A friend of mine was recently found dead in his apartment at age 28. He had no health problems, was careful about what he ate, did not do drugs or smoke, yet the initial autopsy was inconclusive. He is going to be cremated, but not before they do more tests.
How could this have happened? I ask this out of curiosity and shock.

Re: A friend who recently passed away...
Sorry to hear this.
It's not a popular fact, but anyone can die with no warning. Things like Aneurysms or embolisms can kill in an instant, and can even be more common in very healthy, active people.
They flutter behind you, your possible pasts.
Some bright-eyed and crazy, some frightened and lost.

Re: A friend who recently passed away...
My deepest sympathy.
As to how or why it happened, I have no idea.

Indeed. Life is a blessing and should be treated as such.
Sorry for your loss, Matthew.
There are so many things it could have been.
There's Jessie the yodeling cowgirl. Bullseye, he's Woody's horse. Pete the old prospector. And, Woody, the man himself. Of course, it's time for Woody's RoundUp. He's the very best! He's the rootinest, tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west!

Re: A friend who recently passed away...
Thank you for all the condolences. I still have not heard the results of the tests yet.
