I Have a Vista PC (Quad core proc, 3GB RAM, Vista 32bit, 500GB hdd, gigabit network -wired / wireless N)

I have started backing up my DVDs to my hard drive and I would like to be able to access them from other TVs in my home. What is the best way to do this?
