Scarlett Johansson sings Tom Waits

In a couple of months we'll be able to hear what Scarlett does to interpret:

1. “Fawn”
2. “Town With No Cheer”
3. “Falling Down”
4. “Anywhere I Lay My Head” [The title cut]
5. “Fannin’ Street”
6. “Song for Jo”
7. “Green Grass”
8. “I Wish I Was in New Orleans”
9. “I Don’t Want to Grow Up”
10. “No One Knows I’m Gone”
11. “Who Are You?”

#6, Song for Jo is not a Waits tune, and #1, Fawn is an instrumental, so...

The last couple of days I've been listening to Tom's versions of these tunes.
I can't imagine what a 23 year old girl is going to do with this material, but I'm interested.

In 1995 Holly Cole recorded an album of Tom Waits songs.
She also picked Falling Down and I Don't Wanna[sic] Grow Up, along with more familiar titles like, (Looking For) The Heart Of Saturday Night, and Jersey Girl.
I don't know what the results were, but I will soon, her CD, "temptation" arrived today.
