question about James Bond ultimate edition

I realize that my question is several years out of date, but after much searching I cannot find an answer. My question concerns the "Die Another Day" 2 disc set from volume 2 of the ultimate edition. On disc 2 (the extras disc) there is supposed to be a section called Ministry of Propaganda. It is not on my disc. There is nothing on the menu called that. Also, I see no mention of the music video by Madonna. Was that left off of this disc release? Thanks for any help.

Yep. Unfortunately, it appears to have been left off the Ultimate Edition, as well as everything else that was featured on disc two from the original Special Edition of Die Another Day. So if you want them, the SE can be had for pretty cheap these days.
