In my area, The Three Stooges are shown on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. (on Spike, I believe). I will check this weekend to confirm, but it wasn't too long ago that I saw it one weekend.

Spike TV had the rights to air the Stooges since April 2005. They were taken off the schedule in 2006 and are then only shown as filler. They are not scheduled to air again through the month of May, so from the looks of it the contract lapses effective April 1st.

The only channels broadcasting the Stooges on a regular basis are local affiliates in Chicago and Boston, which air all 190 shorts uncut.

Spike TV had the syndicated package with Sony, which only aired 130 out of the 190 shorts - those absent are known in the Stooge community as "The Missing 60".

If Turner was to snatch the rights back, we'd be able to see all 190 I would assume.. on TCM, but this is a stretch. We'll have to see.

Thanks for the info. I will check after April 1st just to be certain. I would be very happy to see every one of the 190 shorts make it to the new DVD collections that are now being released. I will be helping the cause by purchasing each and every set that is released.

I actually like the volume 2 cover art better than volume one.Cant wait to see violent is the word for curly in pristine quality !!!!!!!!

Gosh, I love that episode. I own it twice already. We actually taught Swingin' the Alphabet to our children. They love it!

while the images are good - they once more screwed up on the text. Should really go out of its way to point out these are the complete shorts and in order - right next to the title. A casual fan walking past the display case must know this is the set they've been wanting to get instead of the early comps or another PD repackaging. The info being on the bottom corner isn't good since at many stores, that's blocked by the display case.
