Baywatch Hawaii Disc Problems

I recently ordered some Baywatch DVD sets from the Germany Amazon, which includes Season 10 (Baywatch Hawaii) and the discs seem to be defective as they don't play very well. Anyone else have that problem? If so, how did anyone go about solving it? It would have been easier if this was US Amazon, but it's not?

Why would we know about this since we only have Amazon.com and Amazon.ca to buy from. My guess? Send it back to Amazon as defective. Self explanatory.
