Guys,
This is my TV:
ww w.amazon.com/Samsung-LNS2641D-26-LCD-HDTV/dp/B000ELSXWC

I get black/dark/red/ smearing during motion. Temp Image retention.
I get this on SD, HD sources, movies, games, tv, game mode on/off, all picture modes, all backlight modes, dnie on/off, dr on/off...
The effect is minimized with default settings, but If I want a nice darker picture, it gets worse.

You can see an example video I made here:

ww w.dailymotion.com/video/x4jos5_cod4blur-lcd-motion-blur_tech

This drives me mad and I've looked all over the internet and didn't see anyone mention this issue w/ this model.
I'm looking for a straight answer so that i can decide what to do. Thanks guys.

Re: Is this a feature of most LCDs or is mine just low quality?

no opinions?

I have 5 lcd monitors at home, some older, some newer, and they don't do anything close to this.

whenever there's movement in a dark scene, i can see old image left overs on the screen for quite some time (in seconds) even with the bright factory settings..
