I was just going to mention that about "Baby Blue Marine" -- I think that was a theatrical release as well.

Quick check at IMDB shows it was a Columbia Pictures release 1976. I completely missed this in the theater and always just assumed it was one of those movies of the week.

Jack the Ripper!! (Michael Caine) Fantastic and acurate retelling of the Jack the Ripper case. Ending was false but everything else was true.

Re: TV Movie's I would love to see on DVD eventually

I'm still waiting for 1979's Amateur Night at the Dixie Bar & Grill. This was an early effort by Joel Schumacher and stars Dennis Quaid, Victor French, Don Johnson, Sheree North, Jamie Farr, Pat Ast, Roz 'Pinky Tuscadero' Kelly, Ed Begley, Jr., and Tanya Tucker.

Universal owns this, and with all the big names in it, why isn't it out? It's obviously a Nashville ripoff, but a good one.

"Where Have All the People Gone?" was released by Catcom a number of years ago, paired with the theatrical release "Embryo." It has been out-of-print for some time now, but you still might be able to find it. I'm not positive, but I think it may also have been released on one of those 50 movie collections from Mill Creek . . . . but I wouldn't swear to it.

Amazon.com: Embryo/Where Have All the People Gone: Rock Hudson, Barbara Carrera, Roddy McDowell, Peter Graves, Kathleen Quinlan: Movies & TV

I don't know how reliable this is, put a recent post at the Yahoo Group "Pop Music, Pop Culture" indicates that "Crowhaven Farm" may see an early January 2009 release from Retromedia/Infinity Entertainment Group as part of a series of "Morella" horror triple features. However, I checked Infinity's site and there's no listing . . . yet.

Update: Amazon is showing a January 5, 2009 release date for "Morella's Witching Hour." A pre-release "review" indicates that "Crowhaven Farm" is to be included.

I wish Sony would get on the stick with the two "I Dream of Jeannie" TV-movies:

"I Dream of Jeannie: 15 Years Later" (1985, NBC)

"I Still Dream of Jeannie" (1991, NBC)

Two other movies:

"Mrs. Sundance" (1974, starring Elizabeth Montgomery)

"GOLIATH AWAITS" 1981

A totally bonkers story of a passenger liner sunk by a German u boat in WW2. A lot of the ship stays watertight & over the decades a society forms, many of which don't know any different. Christopher Lee is the captain, & Frank Gorshin is the baddie. I'd love to see it again. Or did I dream it?

The Counterfeit Killer (1968) starring Jack Lord.

It must have been one of the last TV or film projects Jack Lord made before he started on Hawaii Five-O. Did he film this before the pilot "Cocoon"?

Son of the Morning Star--made-for-TV movie.

Starred Gary Coleman as General George Custer, Rosanna Arquette as his wife, and the Native American Rodney Grant played Crazy Horse.

Simply the best movie about Custer and the massacre of the U.S. calvary at Little Big Horn.

Very well done. Take it directly to Blu-ray, please.
