New Integra 7.8 setup...no sound from r.rear surround

Hello All,

My first post here and I am sure there will be many to follow. I have a problem with my new Integra 7.8 setup. If I run a tone test on my receiver I get a tone from all of my speakers accept the rear right. (5.1). If I play a DVD in THX sound does come from it but it sounds more like it is replicating from the front right.

My troubleshootings... I have checked the connection many many times because I would think this would be the only issue. However I have verified it is properly installed. Sound does come from the speaker and it is in the correct jack on the back of the receiver.

What may have cause this... During my initial setup I did turn the receiver on without this speaker installed. (because of delays of runing wiring to this speaker)

Any help would be appreciated!!

I was able to resolve the issue with the surround sound speaker. however...

Something else to add to this.... When I try to run the Auto Speaker setup it is no recognizing my sub. The sub now beats with the rear right speaker and on the Detect results it says NO for the sub.

I have the Klispch synergy 12" sub and I have one RCA sub cord run from the subwoofer pre out on the receiver to the Left/LFE output on the sub... is that right?
