Blu-ray players w/5.1 analog audio + v1.1?

Given the shift in the format war, I'm in the market for a Blu-ray player. This will be my first HDM player, and I'm having a heck of a time sorting through all of the features and player variations. I'm hoping some of you who have been following the game for months can help me out.

Here's what I want:
- Blu-ray 1.1 compatibility
- 5.1 analog audio output of DD TrueHD and DTS-HD MA

Does a player that meets these requirements exist? I know the PS3 is a great player, but I'd like to avoid buying a new receiver to get HDMI connectivity.

I have a 36" Sony CRT with a DVI input, and a Denon AVR-685 receiver with analog inputs. I would buy an HDMI-to-DVI cable for video to the TV, and use RCA cables for audio to the receiver.

Thanks! I just stumbled upon that info in the PS3 thread, so that's good news.
