Multi-channel input question

Having a old receiver I will be connecting a Blue-ray player with analog cables,
I have looked at the manual on the receiver and judging from the diagram they have used stereo pairs for the fronts, sides & backs and individual cables for center and subwoofer. Blue Jeans cables sell all 8 cables as individual cables, would this be a better way of doing it?

Doesn't matter. As long as the cables are adwequate quality, either pairs or the set sold by Blue Jeans will be fine. I'd personally get the Blue Jeans.
