cables?

I just got a sony 52" LCD XBR4 TV, I only run video to the TV. I have a component video cable (monster brand) That I used with the old Tv, should I upgrade to a HDMI cable for the video? Is the hdmi cable better than component?

In theory, HDMI should look better than component. You won't know until you try it. You can get a quality HDMI cable(6') for about $5 at Monoprice.com. Not to be rude, but do not waste your money on a VERY OVERPRICED Monster cable.
