To commemorate the observation of World AIDS Day on December 1st, Queen + Paul Rodgers are releasing a studio recording of "Say It's Not True". The song was part of the live set when the group toured last year, with vocals by Roger Taylor. The studio version has lead vocals by Roger, Brian and Paul. It's being offered as a free download at

Well I liked the song though I could have done without the vocal effects used for Brian and Roger's voices. Ironically, it got very Queen-ified when Paul's singing kicked in (go figure) but I must say this. Queen (and now Queen+ Paul) need a producer, an outside voice, to help them with shaping their sound better. It's been played too safe and vanilla for my liking for many years now.

Eric, they're only including the video for the song, nothing else. Shame they're not including the other 46664 songs on this.
