Re: Free Blu-ray disc with completed training!
It only took two weeks for me. I just got my copy of Deja Vu in the mail.

It's been officially one full month since I did this and my copy of THE PRESTIGE has not yet arrived; I know the caveat for the offer is up to eight weeks delivery, so I'm not panicking yet, but I was curious what timeline the rest of you have experienced for receiving your freebies?

I think it depends on where you live.. the return address was in California so it took barely 2 weeks for me to get mine.

I'm in Oklahoma, but (contrary to popular coastal opinion, perhaps) it's not like that's on Mars...

Hmm.. I just tried getting one for a friend using their information and it doesn't look like they're giving out movies any more.

It could be that, in light of certain news items of late (ahem), they don't need to resort to such marketing tactics anymore. I hope they don't leave those of us who completed the training prior to said news announcement out in the cold, though...you've got me worried now...

No longer appears to be a valid address.

Re: Free Blu-ray disc with completed training!
This free disc deal is over. This was meant for businesses and we filled ours out at work, and got a response that due to abuse of the website and false business names and companies, they stopped the free blu-ray disc with training. So here's a case of those of us who did the training as required by our manager and getting rewarded with a free disc losing out because some people who owned or worked for no business at all, doing the test 6 times over with different names to get 6 discs (many of those bragging about it on another site)... and they closed the offer. I think it's a shame because it was a great incentive for stores entering the blu-ray arena to help their staff and give them a reward for it.

Fair enough, though I must counter that, if "thievery" was that critical of a concern to them, there are all manner of precautions they could have taken from the outset. Though I'm loathe to criticize the minds behind such a generous offer, they really only have their own naivete to blame...

Re: Free Blu-ray disc with completed training!
Well, I guess it's official...no PRESTIGE Blu-ray ever showed up in my mailbox after two months, so I guess I must have gotten in right after the powers that be got their dander up. Sucks...
