yeah, maybe they should indicate lake-effect snow regions....
Of course, you can go crazy with stuff like acid rain, ozone, etc...
Just paint the entire map black and be done with it!

Well it was put together by a COC of Washington county in PA....isn't that where the Johnstown flood(s) took place? Maybe the COC wanted to gloss over some embarrasing facts.

Still it's a handy map to show what regions have what potential disasters. All they need to add now is flooding, wildfires, poisonous animals, and potential Al'Qaeda nuclear testing sites.

Yeah the Memphis area looks to be the most dangerous spot in the country: extreme tornados, extreme earthquakes. The New Madrid fault generated one of the largest earthquakes in US history back in 1812- something like a magnitude 8 on the Richter scale.

It shifted the course of the Mississippi river!

Fortunately for the OP, there aren't any grizzly bears or alligators in SF, Seattle, or Denver. Just a few mountain lions at best. Of course, SF does have COYOTE.

So Jeremy moved to Seattle. What spurred your decision? Or was it a WAF one: "yes, dear"?
