I haven’t been keeping up and I’m interested in what the status of DVD-A is? Any new releases? Is there at least going to be a supply of current catalog?

Re: DVD-A?

The new Porcupine Tree DVD-A is coming out very soon (if it hasn't already). Unlike their last one, though, it looks to be a very limited release.

Re: DVD-A?

The new Porcupine Tree DVD-A had just gone to print as of yesterday so it should be available either tomorrow or early next week at the latest......it's shipping today.

Re: DVD-A?

But is it safe to say the format is all but dead? I have picked up a number of DVD-As...but only to play on my DVD-V player. I still, for the most part, have been quite impressed with the format...but pickings have been slim and keep getting slimmer in the B&M stores near me.

There's Jessie the yodeling cowgirl. Bullseye, he's Woody's horse. Pete the old prospector. And, Woody, the man himself. Of course, it's time for Woody's RoundUp. He's the very best! He's the rootinest, tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west!

Re: DVD-A?

Sheesh--here we go AGAIN. Jason, kindly do a search before starting yet another thread on this topic please.

There are plenty of existing threads about (differing opinions on) the state of the high rez audio formats and where you can purchase titles.
