He does a song where the lyrics go like this:

Was it you who did the pushing
left the stains upon the cushion
footprints on the dashboard upside-down
Was it you, you sly wood pecker
who got into my daughter Rebecker
if it was you, you better leave this town

-REPLY-

Yes, was I who did the pushing
left the stains upon the cushion
footprints on the dashboard upside-down
But, since I've got into your daughter
I've had trouble passing water
so, I guess we're even all around!!

If that is a parody of a real song, I can't find out on the internet. It could be possible that it is a John Valby original, but I doubt it, since all his songs are parodies of real songs.

If you know what the real song name of this parody is, please let me know.

Wow, I don't know the real song either, but I remember that one... have a few Valby tapes someone gave me years ago.

I've heard it, but not done by him. It may not be original with him, for all I know.

I've been into Valby since about 1982 when I first heard him from a college friend. I know the song well and always thought it was an original, but you are right that he does a lot of parodys. I've had many tapes of his over the years. They normally are borrowed and never returned.
