Timeless Media Group - New Releases

Re: Timeless Media Group - New Releases

Not being much of a western fan, I wish Timeless would give us another volume of "Checkmate" or better still the remaining 12 episodes of "Arrest And Trial" and complete that series altogether.

Re: Timeless Media Group - New Releases

I notice that dvdpacific.com, usually the best place for low priced Timeless releases, is charging some postage for them now:

"Please note this item is not a standard release and does not qualify for free shipping".

I am guessing that the Timeless DVDs might be shipping out direct from the manufacturer.

Doug, I was able to pull this off the DVDPacific site for the 2-disc, 10-episode release of "The Texan."

Disc #1 -- The Texan
Law of the Gun
The Hemp Tree
The Eastener
No Love Wasted
Showdown

Disc #2 -- The Texan
Caballero
Blood Money
The Sheriff of Boothill
Blue Norther
Town Divided

Other than next month's "Laramie," season 3, I haven't heard or seen anything else about other Westerns that Timeless might release.

Were these episodes on the 70-episode set?

A Friend of mine who is a 16mm film collector told me the hold up on CHECKMATE is they are still missing 17 episodes on 16mm.

Re: Timeless Media Group - New Releases

Appreciate the update, though since the previous sets were only 12 episodes each, and there were 72 episodes overall, that would still leave room for another 12 episode release in the meantime? (Hope Julie London's guest shot isn't one of the missing one!)

Re: Timeless Media Group - New Releases

DeWilson,
The 10 episodes listed for The Texan are part of the original 70 episodes.I hope, the 10 episodes listed was a mistake by Timeless, otherwise you will be wasting your money,if you have already got the boxset.

Re: Timeless Media Group - New Releases

Anyone who has been collecting the various western series issued by Timeless may like to note that their recent release of 'Cimarron City' (in a tin) contains 4 episodes, 3 of which are new to DVD.
The 3 new titles are 'Burn Down the Town', Runaway Train' 'Blind is the Killer' (with Robert Fuller.)

Does anyone know anything about the Timeless release The Classic TV Western Collection released in May? Are the episode names mentioned anywhere?
