Time Zone or DST Issue

I just noticed that my posts are showing as though they are an hour earlier than when I posted them. But the time on my PC is correct. Any idea how to fix this?

I found the section in my User CP where you can set Time Zone & DST options, (think it was under User Options). Anyway, after playing around with it, I set it to DST Adjustment Always ON and it seems to be right now.
