ATech Fabrications Mass Storage Case. In black with rackmount case. Comes with external power cable, 4 SATA cables (for connecting the external SATA connectors on the external enclosure to the SATA connectors on your hosting computer's motherboard), techflex, 4 SATA cables (for connecting the drives to the case), and 3x 4-pin molex power splitters (for splitting power to your drives).

There's some marks from rackmounting the case. Most noticeably in the rackmount bolt holes, but also along the top/bottom of the case. Hard to capture well in pictures, but I tried.
Also, no feet are included.
