In the setup->general->maintenance menu of my Tosh HD-A2, there is an option for 'Persistant Data Storage'. Does anyone know what this is for or what it does? The manual isn't too clear on this, it just says something like 'Choose this option to manage persistant data storage.'
What is this? I don't want to play with it without knowing what I'm doing.

There's a smallish hard drive in them that can theoretically be used for bookmarks and downloaded content.

Greetings
Wasn't there some news bit somewhere (one of those MS announcements) that external USB memory cards could be plugged into the player to increase the on board memory for internet activities?
