CSI season 6 Held Back til Dec 19th

When I went in the store to purchase in an ad for this DVD it said cause of Universal they held the show back as it was supposed to be released Dec 5th.

I hope they won't stall because its for a Xmas gift.

If you're talking about the Region 1 release, it came out on November 14.

Eh? I bought this set 20 days ago. The release date was 11/14.

Not in Canada it didn't. I too went to find it on release day, but was told the same thing - except for the actual release date.

In Canada, with the exception of season 1, the DVD releases are exactly the same. Paramount releases the US versions, while Alliance Atlantis releases the canadian ones. Unfortunately, that means all new releases - including these three seasons (Miami S4, NY S2, and this one) have french on the packaging. It's horrible.

Miami S4 was released on the same day this was supposed to be, and stores did have it.

I finally caved in and bought S1, which I was holding out on ever since that now false rumor of a widescreen reissue.

Thanks on explaining it more thorough for the US people. Us Canadians are left in the dirt.

Signs were everywhere for just this release but other CSI's and the Survivor Vaanatuu and the Pirates 2 Movie was huge on DEC 5th release.
