It's simple, folks.
If a website is offering to sell DVDs of a U.S. TV series that no one else has and that isn't listed as released by TVShowsonDVD.com, they're bootlegs.
There's no need to give pirates further publicity by posting links here to ask whether such sites are legit -- they aren't. From now on, all such threads will be deleted without further notice. Violators may also have their accounts suspended.
UPDATED on 2/25/07: The above "zero tolerance" policy also applies to sites that offer TV episodes for download, unless those sites are sponsored and authorized by the rightsholder. Threads asking about such sites will be deleted and the posters disciplined.
UPDATED on 7/9/09: Anyone who has joined this site under the mistaken impression that we're here to facilitate swapping of "personal" copies of discs and tapes of TV shows not yet officially released will find themselves quickly removed.
