HDMI cables

I have one that was included with my Panny DVD player. Is there a noticeable difference in quality if I dump $100 or so on a new Monster HDMI cable or something?

Re: HDMI cables

I seriously doubt it. HDMI is a digital format and therefore should be fairly impervious to differences in cable. However, you might find that the Monster has better build quality or offers a more secure connection. You might buy one from Best Buy or another vendor with a generous return policy to see which you like best.

Agreeing with Wayne—it will either work—or not. As long as those 0s and 1s are making it, you should be fine.

Re: HDMI cables

Unless the cable you have is not functioning properly, there is no reason to replace it. Also, there are better cables for the money than monster.
