Portable DVD Battery Rebuild

I have a Toshiba SDP2000 Portable DVD player battery (MEDB02LX ) that has stopped taking a charge...Seems many places dont want to deal with rebuilding the tempermental Lithiums batteries.

Any HTF''ers know of a shop (on or offline) that would diagnose and/or repair this battery? They are no longer available ANYWHERE..so I need to keep the few I have in good working order
