You should have deleted it yourself as soon as the rule violation was noted. And someone who's been a member for over five years should have noticed the warning in red at the top of this forum that says "NO AUCTIONS", or the first rule of the guidelines for this area (also in red at the top) which expresslly prohibits eBay links.

We're going to get tough on this, because there's really no excuse for anyone not knowing that eBay links are not permitted.
