I'm thinking it was late '80s/early '90s. It took place in and around Dallas, and it had something to do with the hijinks of a group of friends before their buddy's wedding (I think it was a wedding, and no--it wasn't Fandango). Anyway, the scene that I remember the most is when they were stealing a Lamborghini or a similar car from a posh dealership in downtown Dallas, and to accomplish the task, they threw peanut butter balls at the dobermans. Cue amusing scene of vicious dobermans with their muzzles peanut buttered shut. I think there might have been something about an angry mob boss forcing the guy to marry his daughter.
